1. Post Name: Research Scientist-B (Medical)
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: MBBS/B.V.Sc/BDS from an MCI/VCI recognized Medical College/Institute with 2 years of research experience.
Desirable:
(i) MD in Microbiology, M.V.Sc, or MDS from a recognized university, or a candidate with a Ph.D. degree will be preferred.
(ii) Additional research/training experience in Microbiology or molecular techniques from recognized institute(s).
(iii) &D experience in a Microbiology laboratory (Molecular, including sequencing and immunological) for at least three years after obtaining the essential qualification.
(iv) Knowledge of computer applications and data analysis.
(v) Research publications in indexed journals.
Salary: Rs.56000+10% HRA per month.
Age limit: 35 years as on 30.08.2025.
2. Post Name: Research Scientist-B (Non-Medical)
No. of post: 01 (One)
Essential:
(i) First class M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/Virology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Life Sciences from a recognized university, including the integrated PG degree.
(ii) Second class postgraduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/equivalent subject from a recognized university, including the integrated PG degrees with Ph.D.
Desirable:
(i) R&D experience in Microbiology/Biotechnology Laboratory (Molecular and Immunological) for at least two years in a recognized institute after obtaining the essential qualification.
(ii) Experience in ICMR/DHR/IDSP/CSIR/DBT/any other project/medical college.
(iii) Research publications in indexed journals.
(iv) Knowledge of computer applications and data management.
Salary: Rs.56000+10% HRA per month.
